The City’s Finance Department is responsible for:

  • Annual Budget
  • Capital Improvement Plan
  • Equipment Replacement Plan
  • Preparing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report 
  • Quarterly Financial Reports

The department oversees the Assessing Division and the Utility Billing Division.
