Home Improvement Programs

The City of Anoka Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) provides many options for homeowners and rental property owners to assist in making your home improvements. All programs are administered through The Center for Energy and the Environment (CEE). 

Funding for these programs is limited so call CEE to determine if the program you’re interested in has monies available. 

Applications must be approved prior to contracting or incurring expense for the work involved.
