2026 Social District CUPS - Order Form

  1. Social District Cups Order Form

    Fields marked with an asterisk are required. 

    Minimum order for 8oz cups is 2 sleeves or 100 cups. 
    Minimum order for 12oz and 16oz cups is 5 sleeves or 250 cups.  
    For quantities above the minimum, please order in multiples of 250 cups. 
    One sleeve is 50 cups. 
    1/2 Case is 500 cups. 
    Full Case is equal to 1000 cups. 

    Order requests received before 12pm will be processed the same day and will be available to pick up by 3pm. 
    Order requests received after 12pm will be processed the next business day and will be available to pick up by noon.  
    Orders are to be picked up from the lower level of City Hall the stairs. City is open 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

  11. Invoicing / Pricing Information

    All cups will be invoiced at 50 cents per cup for 2026. Please Note: 25 cents of each cup is dedicated to offset the city's expenses related to the operation of the social district. 

    INVOICE will be attached to your completed cup order.  Please remit payment within 30 days.  The City accepts VISA/MC/Discover, checks, and cash for payments. Payments can be made over the phone at 763-576-2980 or in person. Please provide Invoice # with payment.
